Return
You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it subject to approval by the management of Mamaland.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following reasons are not entitled for return & refund:-

1. Regret of purchase

2. Wrongful purchase

3. Damages due to mishandling

4. Damages due to wear and tear

5. Items with slight imperfections that do not affect the function such as loose thread, tight button and etc.

6. Color of products may varies slightly due to different lighting use. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchange/return due to this reason is not acceptable.

7. Measurements stated may vary slightly as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered as defective item and not liable for warranty claim/return/exchange.

Mamaland reserves the rights to change its terms and conditions in order to protect the best interest of the company or under circumstances of abuse.

Refund
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card/bank account (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

For IPAY88 and/or Split payment gateway, If your refund is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund to your bank (original method of payment). You will receive the refund within 30 days or depending on your card issuer's policies. We will notify the refund via email.

Warranty
Warranty awarded is subjected to the manufacturer/main supplier/brand principal. Mamaland serves as a third party seller (authorized dealer) and warranty claims are subjected to the terms and conditions by the manufacturer/main supplier/brand principal.

Damages due to mishandling and/or wear and tear will not be entitled for warranty claims even it is under warranty period.
