1. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 - Cheese can form part of a healthy, balanced diet for babies and young children, and provides calcium, protein and vitamins. Babies can eat pasteurised full-fat cheese from 6 months old. Baebis has melted high calsium cheese over our rice puffs.
2. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗼 - This fruit is rich in fatty acids which very important for babies’ development. Mangoes also contain tons of vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that powers bone growth and hormone function.
3. 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 - Bananas are a great option for a first solid food for babies. Come with naturally sweet taste with lots of key nutrients. Apple is claimed to have great curative properties and can provide relief in ailments like cough, stomach disorder,dental disorder and dysentery in infants.
